11:00 am - 12:00 pm
We’ll continue to focus on the holidays, as we discuss and share our customs and experiences and the stress of ‘getting it all together.’ We’ll also begin Chalica, the celebration of our Unitarian Universalist Principles, with an introduction to Chalica and we will feature the First Principle, the inherent worth and dignity of every person. A different UU Principle will be featured each Sunday over the next six weeks as we celebrate the holidays and bring in the New Year.
Come anytime between 10:30-11:00 a.m. for coffee and and socializing or stay after the service!
Sunday School is available for children with a Unitarian Universalist adaptation of Jerome Berryman’s book, “Spirit Play” as the primary resource. We structure the morning based on the Montessori approach. As in Montessori, the key elements are the classroom environment and the teachers. These elements free the children to work at their own pace on their own activities after an initial lesson.
